Hey there! My name is Hannah Kay Wilson and I am a Houston-based Certified L2 CrossFit Instructor, specializing in personal training, health coaching, and corporate wellness.
I am a former gymnast turned cheerleader and have always enjoyed physical activity. I found CrossFit in October of 2011 and shortly there after began coaching. I knew I had found my calling so I traded in my corporate job and opened my own gym in June of 2013.
The gym was a smashing success, which lead me to an opportunity to sell in 2017 and pursue an international fitness adventure.
During my eight months of travel through SE Asia, I spent a month in India in an intensive 200-hr yoga teacher training program and was fortunate to host multiple gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting clinics in various CrossFit gyms.
I moved back to Houston in 2018 and am grateful for the opportunity to follow my passion of guiding individuals in their journey to health and wellness. I am currently enrolled in the L1 Precision Nutrition Coaching program, and am expected to graduate in December of 2018.
This journey has taught me that we all have an innate desire and human right to become our best selves. By balancing our lives and nurturing both body and mind, anything is possible.
